COVID Safety

COVID Safety Plan

As of April 18, 2022: Currently, Stanford University is requiring that all eligible individuals (ages 5 and up) provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in order to attend in-person conferences this summer. Boosters are strongly encouraged.

Medical exceptions for one of the contraindications for the vaccine and/or booster supported by the CDC may be requested and will require approval from the university. Please email ltm@bakerinstituteforchildren.org to request a medical exception form.

Additionally, Stanford requires proof of negative COVID test within 24 hours of arrival. We will also have rapid tests available to test anyone who develops symptoms during the conference. Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 will be required to leave immediately.

With the response to the coronavirus rapidly changing, we may adjust these precautions as required by the university at the time of the conference. All changes will be communicated with you prior to the event and will be posted here.
